Maintenance and inspection services

Inspection of a sprinkler system

You can count on our qualified, experienced inspectors. They are all holders of official competency cards issued by the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ).

Our team is one of the few in the field that can perform backflow preventer inspections.

Our inspection service includes a check of the fire protection equipment, testing the performance of systems (water, air, pre-action, foam), fire pumps, backflow preventers, and sprinkler alarms, all in accordance with National Fire Protection Association standards.

In addition, our maintenance service units are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer inspection services for all types of automatic sprinkler systems.

Importance of a sprinkler system inspection

To ensure safety and efficiency, it is necessary to perform a complete inspection on all automatic sprinkler systems to meet municipal, legal and insurance company requirements.

There is no compromise with safety. Your system must be able to perform at maximum capacity in case of a real fire. To reduce the risk of harm to the people in your building, and the risk of damage to infrastructure and other on-site materials, it is important to have your sprinkler system inspected.

You can trust our experts to thoroughly inspect and maintain your automatic sprinkler system. They perform their tasks with the highest level of expertise and attention to detail. They will not leave until your system is working correctly.

Sprinkler system maintenance

Our maintenance department also offers a maintenance service for pre-existing systems. You may use this service if your system has failed a recent inspection due to certain defects or components that no longer meet NFA standards. Our experts are on hand to make the necessary modifications so that your system is up and running again in accordance with industry standards. We are there to ensure that your fire protection system lasts.
